Enquiry forms and contact forms

When you fill in an enquiry or contact form we collect the data shown in the form including information about your:

• Name
• Contact information
• Any other comments you add

We collect your personal information in order to contact you with information on relevant courses.  

You can contact us at any point at info@mindfulnessaotearoa.com to request we delete this information. 

Registration Forms

When you fill in a registration form we collect the data shown in the form in order to enrol you in the course and assess if the course is right for you. Providing this information digitally is optional. If you choose not to answer some of the questions, we can chat to you on the phone instead.

We keep your information safe by only allowing the teachers to access it, and deleting this information after your course is finished.

We keep your information for the duration of the course at which point we securely destroy it by deleting all digital and paper information.

You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong.
